Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If there is an issue with your order or you need to exchange a product, please contact us with a detailed explanation. Be sure to include the full name of the product (and flavor, if applicable) and the reason for the exchange. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our designated location.
