Muscle Pro is a carefully formulated blend of plant and animal proteins, fortified with creatine and extra amino acids. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and normal bone structure***. However, proteins composed purely from one type of plant source alone do not have a complete amino acid profile because, even if they contain all the essential amino acids, their ratio to each other does not meet human needs, unlike animal protein sources.
